Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@milalayla.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping your item back.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@milalayla.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
